Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once the purchased files, download links, or Google Drive access have been successfully delivered and are accessible, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Eligible Refund Cases

• The customer is unable to access the purchased files due to a technical issue on our side.

• The product was not delivered after successful payment.

• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
